School Wide Ice Fishing Trip!
Come on out to Łútsäw Lake (Jackfish Lake) for our annual ice fishing trip!
Whether seasoned anglers or first-timers, everyone is welcome to join us for this adventure while we enjoy the crisp winter air, and the chance to share stories over steaming cups of hot cocoa! We will be having hotdogs at the lake for lunch!

EVBS' students have been hard at work all week creating amazing projects that showcase the history, culture, and spirit of Yukon!

Yukon Heritage Day
In observance of Yukon Heritage Day, the school will be closed. This day recognizes and celebrates the history, culture, and traditions of the Yukon. Regular classes will resume Tuesday, February 25th, 2025.

It’s time to choose your side! Are you a fearless hero ready to save the day, or a cunning villain with a devious plan? Thursday is all about channeling your favorite character, whether they fight for good or embrace the dark side. Get creative with your costumes and show off your inner hero (or villain)!

Spirit Week: Day 3 Wacky Hair/ Hat Day
Get ready to go wild with wacky hair or hats! Whether you’re sporting spiky, colorful hair or topping off your look with the craziest hat you can find, Wednesday is all about having fun and getting creative. Let your imagination run wild – the wackier, the better!

Spirit Week: Day 2 Twin Day
Grab a friend and get ready to match! Identical outfits, color coordination, or just a fun theme, Twin Day is all about showing off your perfect pairings. It’s the perfect chance to team up, have fun, and show your school spirit together!

Blend in, or stand out, with your favorite camo gear! Whether you're decked out head-to-toe or just sporting a camo accessory! Get ready to rock those patterns and kick off Spirit Week with some fun!



Remembrance Day Assembly
Join us on Friday, November 8th for a heartfelt Remembrance Day assembly as we come together to honor and reflect on the sacrifices made by our brave servicemen and women.
This special gathering will take place at 10:40 in the school Gymnasium.

Halloween Cake Walk
Eliza Van Bibber School's Annual Halloween Cake Walk will be taking place on Thursday, October 31st at 2:45 pm in the school gymnasium.
We invite community members to join in on the fun.
As always cake donations are most welcome!

National Day for Truth & Reconciliation Walk
On Tuesday, October 1st, 2024, the community is welcome to join us for a commemorative walk to Big Jonathan House starting at the school field at 2:30 pm in honor of National Day for Truth & Reconciliation.
Each child will receive an orange "Every Child Matters" t-shirt provided by FNSB.

Fall Family Week
This week we encourage students to participate in hunting, fishing, and harvesting with their families.
The school will be closed at this time.
